Notes From Anna Cannon:

Frank lost a leg in the 20's due to a gravel pit collapse. He joined the Merchant Marines at an early age, lived with Tom and Betsy Cartman in Fall River, ma. He lived most of his life in Green River Wyoming. Owned a sporting goods store, acted as captain for fishing guides. Was very active until his death in 1999.
