Lucy Victoria Sadler aged 81 years who died 31st August 1947 was cremated at Carleton Crematorium on 3rd September 1947 and her cremated remains were scattered in the memorial rose garden. Unfortunately the records do not show which rose bed they were scattered on only that they were scattered in the rose garden.
