The grave was purchased by Joseph Brickland of 13 Bridge Street, Chester for the first interment on the 1st December 1897. It would appear he is buried with his grandparents.

He is not mentioned on the gravestone which reads:

MARGARET SUDDONS,
WHO DIED NOVEMBER 27TH 1897
AGED 88 YEARS.

ALSO ELIZA CARRUTHERS,
WHO DIED JULY 10TH 1900,
AGED 53 YEARS

ALSO SARAH, THE BELOVED WIFE OF
JOSEPH BRICKLAND,
WHO DIED DECEMBER 26TH 1919,
AGED 63 YEARS.
