Notes
He was a Yorkshireman and moved to Cheshire to take up the appointment of District Surveyor for the Northwich Division under the Cheshire County Council. He held this position for 16 years before being appointed Assistant County Surveyor for Cheshire. He lived in Mickle Trafford. He was suddenly taken ill and died in the Royal Infirmary, aged 47 yrs. He was buried on the 25th October 1935.
