Height 4.5, Light Brown Hair, Grey Eyes, Round Visage and Fair Complexion. Very flat nose, disease in corner of left eye.

Charged with felonisously stealing at Leigh on the 15th of Dec. 1848 eight silver tea spoons, two gold rings, a purse, a snuff box and other articles the property of James Matthews.

Sentance: 6 months in Prison and twice whipped.
Discharged: 16 June 1849
