Bowdon Church records show that Edith and Philip were buried in grave 4464.

No stone has been found on that grave location and so all that is to be seen is a grassy patch. This is located at the extremity of the graveyard just above the where the bus shelter stands on the pavement below. There is no record that Lucy Tattersall was buried at Bowdon.
