Sarah Stansfield's will
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me SARAH STANSFIELD of 13 Caunce Street Blackpool in the county of Lancaster Widow whereby I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions (if any) heretofore made by me. I appoint my daughter Ada Pickup and my friend Denis Smith of Burnley in the said county Solicitor (who are hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the TRUSTEES and EXECUTORS of this my will. I give my bookcase and cupboard unto my daughter Margaret Jane Duerden absolutely. I give all my other plate, linen, china, glass, books, pictures, prints, furniture and other household effects unto my said daughter Ada absolutely. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my trustees Upon trust to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts, and after such payment shall hold the residue in trust for my children Thomas Fryer Stansfield, Ada Pickup, Margaret Jane Duerden and Henry Stansfield in equal shares.
