Tenement with all the buildings that pertain thereto, the garden and barton and all the enclosures, paddocks, fields, pieces and plots of land whether open or enclosed with all the timber growing upon the same and also another freehold enclosure or paddock included in the same Deed of Conveyance known as Yeomans Field, all to be sold in several lots, i.e. the dwelling or farm house and garden, the cowsheds, stables, cider house, barn, the farmyard and barton together with two enclosures or pasture field adjoining called Home (?)
