His wife was present.

The deceased has been some time unwell and on Wednesday night 5th June after taking supper he died.

Dr Umpleby was sent for but when he arrived the man was dead.

Inquest held at the dwelling house of Thomas Foggit known as Millbank Arms in the Parish of Snape before John Stamford Walton.

Thomas Oliver of Snape sworn:
On Wednesday evening last between five and six at night I saw the deceased taking a drink out of a can and I again saw him …
